Enjoy staying in a 3 Bdrm, 2 Bath Duplex close to Nokomis Beach and plenty restaurants. Take a short ride to famous Siesta Key Beach or downtown Venice. Stay in one side of the duplex or rent both sides base on availability . Each side of the Duplex has 3 Bdrm ,2 Baths, large lani with own washer & dryer

This house has a nice amount of space and is in a quiet neighborhood. However, the beds were old and uncomfortable & the pillows were flat. Some of the furnishings & kitchen equipment were well worn. Red tide prevented us from being able to use the beach (March 2023) but this unit's location is convenient to Venice and Sarasota.
