Super appartement, très propre, confortable, photos fidèles à la réalité. Propriétaire très sympathique, arrangeant et réactif. Piscine et salle de sport en rooftop avec vu incroyable.

O apartamento é moderno e confortável. O local próximo oferece inúmeras opções de restaurantes, mercados e padarias.

Friendly building staff, 2 full showers and 1 toilet, self check in with the code was handy. The king bed was very comfortable. The kitchen seems well equipped, but we didn't use it. They was a filter coffee machine, sugar n coffee powder provided, but with no filter paper. The small swimming pool on the roof top was not heated, but we didn't use it too. The apartment is like 1 km from the Kenny Park and 2 km from the beach. Uber drivers seem like had problem with the address. For twice, they didn't take us to the right place.

The room with 2 single beds had no aircon or heater. But the weather was just good for us, so it was ok. But both beds had some plastic cover under, so everytime you move on the bed, it makes noise. Even if you close the windows, the noise from the traffic and construction sites could still be heard. Payment had to be made via an external link provided by the landlord and in sol.

L'appartement était très bien équipé et conforme à nos attentes. La communication avec le propriétaire a été excellente, toujours rapide et agréable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

La piscine était un peu petite, mais cela ne dépendait pas du propriétaire et n'enlève rien à la qualité du service ni au confort de l'appartement.
