Katias downtown apartment

My family and I stayed at this property during the first week of September 2026, and it exceeded our expectations. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Everything we needed was available, making our stay easy and enjoyable. The location was ideal both for exploring the area and for relaxing. The host was kind, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. We also traveled by car and had no difficulties finding parking, which made our stay even more convenient and stress-free. We truly felt at home and had a wonderful holiday. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

There was nothing we disliked during our stay. The cleanliness, comfort, location, and the host’s hospitality all met our expectations. Everything went smoothly, and we had a very enjoyable holiday.

A wonderful apartment, very clean, cozy, and spacious. The kitchen was excellent and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great — about 15 minutes walking to Zefyros Beach and around 20 minutes on foot to the Old Town of Rhodes. We travelled by car. Although parking can be a challenge in Rhodes, we were always able to find a place to park on the parallel street near the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place!

Everything was perfect. We have no complaints at all. We enjoyed our stay and everything met our expectations.

Very clean and large apartment. Spacious bathroom and a nice private terrace. We did not meet the host but she responded very quickly on any request. We entered apartment and found out bottled water in the fridge, bunch of small butter portions, along with the various flavor marmalades. They really made an effort to make the guest feel welcome!

Maybe a little renovation. A newer washing machine would be nice. Sometimes bikes with a loud exhausts can be heard at night due to the closeby street.
