Katias downtown apartment

A wonderful apartment, very clean, cozy, and spacious. The kitchen was excellent and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great — about 15 minutes walking to Zefyros Beach and around 20 minutes on foot to the Old Town of Rhodes. We travelled by car. Although parking can be a challenge in Rhodes, we were always able to find a place to park on the parallel street near the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place! Чудова квартира — дуже чиста, затишна та простора. Кухня просто чудова, повністю обладнана всім необхідним для комфортного проживання. Розташування дуже хороше — приблизно 15 хвилин пішки до пляжу Zefyros Strand та близько 20 хвилин до Старого міста Родоса. Ми подорожували автомобілем. Хоча в Родосі можуть бути проблеми з паркуванням, біля квартири ми завжди могли залишити автомобіль на паралельній вулиці. Ми дуже задоволені нашим перебуванням і щиро рекомендуємо це житло! Eine wunderbare Wohnung – sehr sauber, gemütlich und geräumig. Die Küche ist hervorragend und vollständig mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Lage ist sehr gut – etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand Zefyros und ungefähr 20 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Altstadt von Rhodos. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs. Obwohl Parkmöglichkeiten auf Rhodos oft schwierig sind, konnten wir in der Parallelstraße neben der Wohnung immer einen Parkplatz finden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Everything was perfect. We have no complaints at all. We enjoyed our stay and everything met our expectations.

דירה מהממת יותר יפה מבתמונות באמת שהופתענו לטובה. באיזור שקט ,מרחק הליכה כ15 דק מהעיר העתיקה וכחצי שעה מהעיר החדשה. התניידנו בעיקר ברגל רק במקרה של חזור לקחנו מונית . האוטובוסים באי לא מדוייקים אז לא להסתמך עליהם.

בהתחלה לא ידענו כיצד להיכנס לדירה כי לא קיבלנו את הקוד למפתח מזל שיש מצלמות בכניסה לדירה והבעלים ראתה אותנו ושלחה אלינו את המנקה שפתחה לנו את הדירה . הדירה נמצאת באיזור מלא צמחייה מה שאומר שיש מלא חרקים\ גוקים בסביבה הדירה עצמה מרוססת אבל לא היה נעים להיתקל בגופות של גוקים כל בוקר ובלילה האחרון היו לנו 3 גוקים חיים בדירה והיינו צריכים להרוג אותם עם ספריי...( יש לנו פחד אימים מגוקים )

Very clean and large apartment. Spacious bathroom and a nice private terrace. We did not meet the host but she responded very quickly on any request. We entered apartment and found out bottled water in the fridge, bunch of small butter portions, along with the various flavor marmalades. They really made an effort to make the guest feel welcome!

Maybe a little renovation. A newer washing machine would be nice. Sometimes bikes with a loud exhausts can be heard at night due to the closeby street.
