Nähe zur U-Bahn (8 Minuten Fußweg), Jason, der Gastgeber, ist sehr hilfreich. Wohn- und Schlafraum geräumig und gut eingerichtet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man braucht.
Küche und insbesondere das Badezimmer (Schimmel) bedürfen dringend einer Renovierung! Allerdings muss man bei dem Preis sicherlich einige Abstriche machen.

Имате целу смештајну јединицу за себе, нико вас не узнемирава, стан има све за живот и припрему хране. Метро станица св. Никола је 5 минута близу, метро брз и ефикасан до свих делова града, али морате да преседате са зелене на црвену линију. Интернет одличан само морате да скенирате код, а не да користите лозинку.
Веома мрачан стан где светло морате да држите укључено и када је напољу сунце, јер има само прозоре који гледају на затворену терасу са свих страна. Први комшија јако бучан, лупа и ноћу и рано ујутру. Када припремају храну комшије користе неке јаке зачине и цео улаз у зграду мирише, посебно када се то помеша некада је мирис веома непријатан. Можда ја нисам навикао на такав начин припреме хране са толико мириса...Домаћин би могао да нагласи да је лозинка за интернет погрешна и да се мора ићи преко кода. Сандуче за узимање кључева је са спољне стране зграде поред олука, веома мало и јако тешко да се отвори.

Appartement très spacieux avec les équipements nécessaires (couverts, verres, coussins, couvertures, serviettes de bain, papier toilette, eau chaude 30 minutes par jour). Nous ne nous sommes pas servi du micro-ondes ni du lave-linge mais ils y sont. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Convenable pour un court séjour.
La rue (comme la plupart de la ville) n'est pas très rassurante, encore moins la nuit pour des jeunes filles. Prévoir 3€ par jour si vous voulez utiliser la climatisation. Il y a de la moisissure dans la salle de bain. Les volets fermés laissent un peu passer la lumière. La lumière centrale de la chambre ne marche pas souvent mais les deux lampes de chevets font l'affaire.
