Trotz Hauptstraße sehr ruhig. Haus- u. Nachbarbewohner nicht zu vermerken. Gute Ausstattung.

Super Lage. Alles da was man braucht, wenn man alleine ist. Lidl und Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür.

Ausstattung teilweise relativ alt, aber gepflegt. Lampe in der Küche hängt im Raum sehr tief. Menschen ab 1,80 m stoßen sich da schnell den Kopf.

Эта квартира стала для меня настоящим домом на 2 недели. Там есть все, что нудно для того, чтобы въехать и жить. Находится прямо на остановке, что очень удобно чтобы добираться на работу. Буквально соседний дом-хороший супермаркет. В пешей доступности ещё один супермаркет и большой Roßmann. Коммуникация с хозяйкой очень быстрая и приятная. Правда я бы предпочла не коммуницировать с работником для полотенец и прочего. Но это не проблема

Шумные соседи отдыхали в саду внутреннего дворика с понедельника по воскресенье.

Für eine einzelne Person ohne große Ansprüche ist es perfekt. Das Beziehen der Wohnung war sehr einfach und sehr gut erklärt.

Das Zimmer, wo man schläft, liegt zur Marientaler Strasse, so dass man in der Nacht den Verkehr hört.
