Great layout, nice furnishings and the kitchen was stocked with amazing dishes, cutlery, etc., etc! The bathroom was beautiful! The butter tarts were a nice touch and greatly appreciated!
There was four of us staying the night and my husband and I slept on the pull out couch and to be honest was not very comfortable. We could feel the springs.

The unit was very clean and exactly as described.
We were there one night and had no meals etc. The "cleaning fee" was more than 50% of our nightly rate and we feel that was too high given our limited usage.

We loved the style of the property. It was modern, simple and in excellent taste. The property was a great size. The bedroom was smaller than expected yet suited or needs. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed (including coffee filters - thank you). Everything was spotless and the locally sourced toiletries and kitchen cleaning products were greatly appreciated.
This has nothing to do with the property itself, but it was farther from Collingwood than expected.

It is a comfortable and well appointed little apartment. Convenient to restaurants and shops downtown, as well as river/lake access.
It would be nice to have windows with a view, and a bit of outside area (e.g. patio) to lounge on.
Power outage Monday night is not in the property manager's control, but I took fall in the dark on the double steps to the living area looking for lights. Luckily I had my own flashlight, but I could not find a flashlight or lantern anywhere. Maybe those steps need some strip lights (battery powered). Renovations upstairs and workers outside on Tuesday were annoying.
