Rantakallio Savonlinna, Tervetuloa meille!

We absolutely loved our stay here and didn’t want to leave! The setting is incredibly beautiful and so quiet. Miika is a wonderful host - very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The cottage itself has been designed very thoughtfully - it feels like you’re living in nature but with all of the facilities you could want. It’s all been very cleverly designed to make it an amazing and very cosy place to stay. There was plenty of space for three of us. There are two kitchen areas - indoor and outdoor - and two different places that you can have a BBQ. We loved the sauna and taking a dip in the lake afterwards. The outdoor lighting made it easy to get back to the cottage in the dark and looked very pretty. Next to the sauna is a seating area with beautiful lake views which we enjoyed sitting in even when it was raining. It’s great to have a boat and paddle boards to use too. It feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere although the lovely little town of Savonlinna isn’t far away. We felt relaxed and rejuvenated when we left - it really is a very special place to stay.

El entorno increíble. Con todo lo que puedes necesitar (utensilios de cocina y electrodomésticos, material para limpiar, productos de higiene...). Cuenta con un bote de remos y tablas de paddle surf. Miika un anfitrión perfecto (amable, dispuesto a ayudar, simpático...). Cada tarde nos preparaba la sauna. Aunque sale otra nota global, la experiencia es de 10.

Todo nos gustó.

The location is stunning. The sauna is right on the lake with steps for getting into the water. There is a boat for rowing, 2 sups, bbq and a firepit on the terrace beside the sauna. We spent 3 lovely evenings there. The cottage is very well equipped and we only brought our own food and drink, but there are all types of utensils etc. There are walks nearby and we went to pick blueberries. Dry toilet outside was an experience, but nothing unusual :)

Majoituspaikka ylitti kaikki odotukset. Kaunis ympäristö, erittäin ystävällinen isäntä ja maailman parhaat löylyt. Kaikki aina peiton laadusta lähtien oli priimaa.
