Amazing vue Confortable and clean Parking is a big plus Private balcony

Air condition !! If you need to improve your rooms, you really need to invest in air conditioning, the rooms where very hot, since it’s the last floor and the temperature outside was more that 30 degrees, it was a bit of a sauna inside. Not possible to arrive to old city by foot, it’s a bit far.

The property staff were friendly and amazing in providing check-in details and information for transport around Dubrovnik. The room was lovely and clean, so were the bathrooms. Bus station was close.

We stayed in the room with the small roof window, unfortunately without a real window and no air conditioning in any of the rooms the heat was unbearable and being from Australia we know what hot is like. A fan is supplied but it’s only pushing hot and humid air through the room, we only stayed in the room for sleep (which was also hard). Air-con is more of a necessity than a luxury in summer. The room may be close to things in metres but it’s still a minimum 20min walk up a very steep incline. Buses come but aren’t easy nor reliable, uber is available but drivers often don’t accept trips from or to the location.
