Very good

I stayed here 1 night to explore Dubrovik and for that purpose it was absolutely good. The room is situated on the 1st floor and has a shared bathroom. Also free parking was available and downstairs there's a small cafe which has some good breakfast options. It's not very close to the old town, but there's a bus stop nearby and for the active ones: it's about 30-40 minutes walk:) Overall had a wonderful stay, and would recommend this place

Magnificent view

Oh, guys, you should have seen this absolutely gorgeous view from the window. My wife immediately ran off to take tons of videos and made her take photos. 🥲 The location is also great: a bus is a 4-minute walk away that takes you right to the old town about 20 times a day in 15 minutes for next to nothing. The price is attractive, the check-in instructions are very clear, and the bed is comfortable. I definitely recommend it; it was fantastic!!

Nice stay

The host was nice and checked on us almost every day, providing us with things we needed. Shared bathrooms but they were surprisingly clean. There was also a small kitchen with a fridge and a microwave so that we can prepare some simple food. The bus stop is around 5 minutes away which makes it easy to get to the old town.

The wifi wasn't working most of time. Room could have been a little bit more clean (there were still spider webs on the bedframe). We were on the top floor with no air conditioning and no big windows, only a window on the ceiling which could be opened only a little bit, so we weren't able to get much airflow. The guest house is also located on a steep hill. Climbing up there can be very exhausting, especially with luggage.

Room Space is good but in New Town.

Room space and The Balcony is very nice though for seeing Sunset you need to step down. The bus stop is nearby to reach Old Town.

I thought that it's nearby Old town but no the property is nearby New town. Though the instructions to reach the property helped a lot. There was no proper Kitchen to atleast wash the utensils as we were using washbasin in restroom for the same.

Nice place with great views

Good location not far from the bus stop. Room and the bathrooms were clean. Views from the top of the hill are great. Really nice place in overall

The only downside is "restaurant" in the garage downstairs. They charge a lot of money for burned soggy French fries and an egg. Definitely avoid "restaurant". Rest of the hotel is ok.

DO NOT COME HERE

Nothing

The owner lied about how close it was to the city centre, and about having a 'beach' nearby. It was located on a very steep hill and the taxis did not want to drive us there, we had to pay an extra fee. The balcony shutter blind did not pull all the way up so we ended up banging our heads quite frequently. When I booked the there was a free shuttle service from airport advertised, when I contacted the owner she said it would be €50, but on the signs in the hostel it says €30. I payed extra money so that we would be close to the city centre only to get deceived and loose so much time and energy. Ruined my whole stay

The view from the balcony, the value for money and the delicious breakfast, as well as the easy airport transfer by the host. Easy access to town and port: main bus station also accessible but the walk would be difficult with luggage.

Inaccurate information provided by a staff member trying to be helpful created a hiccup with money but hosts were able to resolve it.

Peaceful stay in Dubrovnik with excellent views.

The view was amazing! We had a lovely balcony with brilliant views of the marina and the starry nights. Staff were friendly. The property was quiet and peaceful.

Location was difficult to get to due to a very steep hill. Similar problem for getting to nearby amenities such as shops and transport.

Nice stay near Dubrovnik!

Rooms with a nice view and a balcony. Although it was a shared bathroom is was very clean. It’s located 5-10 minutes drive by car from the Dubrovnik old town.

Unfortunately the host didn’t speak English. It was a bit hard to find and we had two rooms, one was with enough space, but the other didn’t had any space to put things (i.e. mobile phone, keys, clothes) on.

Lovely stay in Dubrovnik with great view and very clean facilities

Gorgeous view from the balcony and the location is not too touristic, which we liked. There are extra facilities like some kitchen items and the host is very attentive and always available by message. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bathroom is shared but very large! Also there is a fast and great laundry service available. I recommend this place.

Below my expectations.

Everything was very clean. The room has nice views from the balcony.

The directions to get there were confusing specially if you are not coming with your own car. You don’t have your own bathroom, which I didn’t know. The room was super hot, there is not air conditioning and we had hard time to sleep even though there was a fan.

Superb

I loved that the place felt like home. The room was nicely decorated. I loved the balcony, and having access to a fridge was perfect. It felt like I was staying in someone's home and I enjoyed that, it felt very safe for a solo traveller.

A little awkward to find and lots of steep hills but that's just the dubrovnik landscape. Once I figured out the buses the location was perfect.

the apartment did not correspond to reality. did not match what was shown in the photo. nowhere was it stated that they were like dormitories. a small room where you can't go around the bed. kitchen somewhere in the corridor. bathroom shared with strangers. disaster. and it was not written anywhere. for such money - I was shocked. clean a dirty room, only if you ask, but okay, it's a little thing.

La vue est sympathique en plus de la petite terrasse. L’accès rapide à l’arrêt de bus de la ligne 3 qui vous emmène directement dans la Old Town. Les indications de la gérante pour se rendre à l’hôtel et ses conseils.

Je n’avais certainement pas bien lu la description, à savoir que je n’avais pas noté que les salles d’eau étaient partagées. Je n’avais pas davantage fait attention au fait qu’il n’y avait pas d’air conditionné. Les températures restent élevées même en fin de journée. Le ventilateur mis à disposition permet tout juste de supporter cette chaleur.

Increible estancia

Todo super limpio, con toallas, papel higienico, acondicionador, tampones, caramelos y demas detalles que han hecho que la estancia sea excepcional. Asimismo, las anfitrionas son sumamente encantadoras. La ubicación esta bien, esta comunicado con dos autobuses y las vistas desde él balcon son increíbles. 10/10 repetiriamos mil veces mas.

La vue depuis le quartier est top Les salles d’eau sont propres Personnel assez réactifs aux questions

L’accessibilité est compliqué quand on n’est pas véhiculé. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas. La chambre n’était pas très propre, un drap était un peu sale. Le micro ondes est plus que sale. Et les photos sont trompeuses, nous pensions avoir une chambre avec balcon et la vue, et nous nous sommes retrouvées avec une chambre avec juste un velux et il faisait chaud.

Für einen Kurztrip optimal

Positiv zu erwähnen ist definitiv der Ausblick. Man hat Abends einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Hafen und die Stadt. Die Anbindung an eine Bushaltestelle ist gegeben (5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt an der Hauptstraße), die direkt zur Altstadt fährt. Das zu teilende Bad war sehr sauber und besteht aus 2 Bädern für insgesamt 4 Wohneinheiten. Für alle Mieter gibt es einen Kühlschrank mit einem Gefrierfach um Getränke für den ganzen Tag herunterzukühlen.

Der Zugang zur Unterkunft ist zugegebenermaßen etwas kompliziert aufgrund der sehr engen Straßen. Aber uns wurden vor der Ankunft detaillierte Informationen mitgeteilt, die uns einen nicht ganz so schweren Weg gezeigt haben. Auch hier ist das besonderer Engagement des Eigentümers zu würdigen. Die Unterkunft wird in der Nacht sehr warm (Dachgeschoss). Mit offenen Fenster ist es aber auszuhalten.

Dzięki bezproblemowemu zameldowaniu, pięknym widokom na Dubrownik oraz dobrym warunkom mieszkalnym pobyt bardzo udany.

Najbardziej podobał się nam widok z balkonu zapierający dech w piersiach. W obiekcie czysto, dostępne dwie łazienki przypadające na cztery pokoje oraz mały aneks kuchenny z mikrofalówką i lodówką. Nie było problemu z dostępnością do łazienki. Trafiliśmy na bezproblemowych sąsiadów w pokojach więc było cicho i czysto w częściach wspólnych.

Strome podejście do apartamentu dobre dla osób młodych oraz bez walizki- nam z plecakami nie przeszkadzało. Niedaleko końcowy przystanek linii autobusowej co ułatwia dotarcie do najważniejszych punktów miasta.

Las vistas y la limpieza del baño por la mañana.

El alojamiento estaba alejado de la zona céntrica, por lo tanto caro para lo que es. La habitación era muy calurosa, no podíamos dormir. Es insoportable estar en verano en una habitación pequeña sin aire acondicionado. La nevera no enfría bien, las cosas estaban tibias. No estaba barrido y las almohadas incómodas. Solo dos baños para 4 habitaciones…

Acogedor y buenas vistas

Habitación con una terraza con vistas a la bahía. Tenía una pequeña nevera y un ventilador. La planta de arriba de la casa tiene dos baños compartidos, y en el bajo puedes desayunar en una pequeña terracita. Tiene parking cosa primordial en Dubrovnik y en 15-20 min en el bus número 3 estás en la puerta de Pile de la ciudad. La parada del bus está a 3 min del alojamiento junto a la carretera principal.

Quarto bom e silencioso para dormir .

O quarto é simples, com Ventilador deixamos a porta da varanda aberta para ventilar o ar geladinho então não tivemos problemas para dormir ficou fresco. A varanda é um ponto alto para tomar um café com vista da Marina. O apartamento é bem silencioso podendo dormir até tarde sem problemas bairro familiar. Precisa melhorar o frigobar é pequeno e não gela. Os banheiros eram No corredor os dois muito limpos. O estacionamento é bom. A pé a menos de 10 minutos tem um Ponto de ônibus que leve para old Town o número é 3 com valor de 2,50 Euros o que facilita muito.

Les hotes sont pas tres gentil et reactif. Mauvaise indications, ine heure pour trouver le logement. Il fait chaud dans la chambre pas de ventilateur pour 70 eur la nuit! Pas de wc et douche dans la chambre ni de tele, il manque du papier toilette........il faut pas y aller.
