AHAU Playa

The place looks nice, and everysing looks like in the picture at the first impact. The appartment is not soundproof, and the music can be very loud sometimes. As well were infiltration of water from the roof. Was water everywere! Then I contact them and in the afternoon the mantenence comes to fix it and solve the pression of water as well. Next night rain again, so again infiltratios. The person who comes to collect the money )he did not introduce himself, neither said his role, justifid the situation, telling me that in his house rain as well. I told him that some of my cloths get wet and my phone as well, which the day after have difficulty to charge, and he continue to say that in his house is the same. There was a pan complectly ruin and broken which I asked to be changed, but he said will change the day after, which did not. When the mantenence comes, somehow closed the water for the toilet. I contact them again in the morning, telling that rain again in the house and the toilet not working, and during all day nothing was fix it. Now are more that 24 hours that the toilet cannot be used because cannot flush the water. the roof was not fixed, the pan was not fixed. And the worst part is their custumer service approach. They never answer to the messages, at least to aknoledge they receive the message. Today I have to write more times asking updates, then finaly someone replay telling thet the mantenebce will come in afternnon, wich did not. Seems a joke to pay a plays and cannot use the toilet for more that 24 hours. Sheamless. Last but not least the place will need a fresh paiting, as the wall are disgusting dirty, and a deep cleaning as all furniture in the kitchen sticks but the gentelmen, continue to justify that the peole dont have respect, thatàs why is all like that.
