Provins cité médiévale

Fabulous décor and a friendly welcome. An easy walk to the medieval town and close to bakeries, cafés and restaurants. Nice and cool in the basement bedroom in hot weather. Coffee pods supplied.

No shampoo etc and no black tea

A quirky and atmospheric place decorated in a medieval style but not too Kitch. The house was thoughtfully renovated with modern features such as the motion sensor lights. Good location in part of the old town. Some thought had gone into interesting artwork Well equipped for up to 4 people. The living room with a double bed was in the cellar with stone walls which was a real asset in the extremely hot weather. So lovely and cool Nice bathroom and shower Host friendly and helpful. We only messaged with our arrival time 45 minutes beforehand but host was there. Very secure. Table and chairs were available in the courtyard

The toilet is 2 flights up from the cellar room but there were motion sensor lights to automatically light the way at night. Can’t do much about the position of the toilet due to the medieval building. Everything else was great
