L'appartement est très bien situé pour se rendre à la plage et des restaurants sont accessibles à pied. Le parking privé est pratique, et le nécessaire pour cuisiner est présent.
La proximité avec les propriétaires (qui habitent juste au-dessus) et la terrasse qui est sur le passage pour se rendre chez eux. Le prix est assez élevé pour la qualité du logement et le centre ville (port) sont à 15 bonnes minutes à pied.
