Historic Details Modern Updates in Prime Location

- Location is perfect. Just between Central Station and Beale Street (5 min walk to each). - Apartment had everything from complete kitchen, washer/dryer, dining table, to living room with TV (and we could watch the Monday Night Football too!). - Everything functioned properly. - Quiet period from 10 pm till morning. - Communication with owner/manager was quick and professional.

- View was alright; basically the kitchen side faces a concrete wall with around 5 meters of separation and the bedroom side faces a parking lot. - A safety box and lighting that could dim would have been nice additions. - Mattress was on the hard side, which was not really suitable for me. - You have to throw your own garbage. But luckily we didn’t have any. - AC could be loud when on. - The neighbor above was very noisy during the day; perhaps a cleaning day or so. So when moving furniture you could hear it. - Found some hairs in the bedroom and bathroom. But other than that the place was actually very clean.

Mooi appartement met losse eettafel en aparte zithoek met bank. Wasmachine en droger aanwezig. Dichtbij de stad, op loopafstand van Beale.

Gordijnen lieten best wat licht door, daarom lag er waarschijnlijk ook een oogmasker naast het bed…

Great apartment, short walk to Beale Street. Apartment has kitchen, bathroom (shower over bath), 1 bedroom, parking for one car, being able to wash and dry our clothes was awesome and one of the reasons we choose this apartment, had all that was needed for our stay. Host communication was very good, access was easy. We found entering via the back stairs quicker and easier from carpark.

Noice from neighboring property was a little loud at times. Whilst dark curtains are on bedroom windows these could be better. Host provide eye masks and ear plugs very thoughtful, but we didn't use them as it wasn't that bad.

Location & clean & great value

No Kleenex , bedroom door wouldn’t stay open without holding it on the floor ~could hear people walking around upstairs late at night ~
