Best staycation at Shell residences in MOA complex

We had a fantastic stay! Thomas was incredibly responsible, constantly following up to ensure our comfort. While the furnishings aren't brand new, the place is homely, spotless, and smells great—especially the fresh linens and towels. The memory foam mattress was amazing, and the host left thoughtful touches like toiletries and a cute snack. A huge plus was the great TV with free Netflix! My only regret is not having enough time to enjoy the beautiful swimming pool. We will definitely be booking to come back soon!

This was my second stay with the same host, and once again, everything was smooth and welcoming. The unit is very close to MOA, with a newly opened laundromat just steps from the lobby. It comfortably fits four adults with three well-arranged beds. The host greeted me warmly and stayed reachable throughout my stay. I appreciated the helpful house manual—thanks to the host for that, and I recommend all guests take time to read it. The pools looked inviting. I consider my next stay in one of the host's Makati listings. A responsible and caring host who consistently delivers comfort and peace of mind. Absolutely highly recommended.

The condo has strict security, which can be a bit inconvenient for visitors.

I am regurarly comming to this appartment because it has a great value for money. It is maybe with some small issues however the price is amazing and swimming pool is great bonus. I will definitely come back again.

Small things, sometimes you see a bugs somewhere on the hallway but in asia it is not an issue.
