- The garden is beautiful - Good location, close to the city centre where there are good restaurants, not too far from the beach if you're a runner or can drive a scooter. Watching the sunrise from the beach is wonderful, as much as eating good seafood in the beach front in the evening. - Effort was put to make the bedroom a cosy space - Overall it's a good option for that price.

- Sadly the hosts were not here much so we didn't get to experience the hospitality described by other travellers, nor were we able to eat at their restaurant :( - It also meant we got no room service at all. We only got a toilet paper refill once after 4 or 5 nights. Fair for the price we paid, but unusual in the hospitality sector and even more so in Thailand where you would at least get your trash bins emptied and your bed made everyday. - Maybe we just came at the wrong time, since other travellers reviews are really positive about the hosts' care. - The sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable.

My stay was as good as I had hoped for - and more. The accommodation is just as described, and comfortable. I slept extremely well. The location is perfect - right beside the town but very quiet. No problems at all while I was there with mosquitoes. What exceeded my expectations was the friendliness and support of Marco and Kan. Marco fetched me from the airport and took me back at the end of my stay, and helped me to hire a scooter. It made travelling on my own an adventure, and I always had someone ask about local information. Kan cooked me some very nice Thai food. Khanom is a great place. Not over- developed, so you can still find good food at "locals prices", and not over-run with tourists. Took a boat tour with Khanom Tour, Thailand ( they have a Facebook page) and was lucky enough to see pink dolphins.

I liked everything about my stay. I would especially recommend this accommodation to solo female travelers - it's very safe and supported (should you need it).

I had a great day here with a nice hammock outside my door, beautiful flowers, nice people who let me use the bike and scooter, and a delicious meal last night

Coming down from the loft to go to the bathroom at night was not so comfortable. Maybe having a pee pot with a lid upstairs would help.

The rooms were clean. The owners made a small attempt to be friendly.

The property was extremely difficult to find at night. The owners did not help us when we phoned and asked where it was. When we got there they still did not care about directions for us to go to 7-11. They sent their son with us, but he was as confused as we were. The owners have quite a nice place and they seemed ok, but they have no idea about customer service. Do not go here if you cannot climb a steep ladder to the bed.
