There's a tranquil warmth in everything.

The entire property is gorgeous and the host owners pay incredible attention to hospitality details. For example, the breakfast buffet and arrangement for morning dining was delightfully perfect; in that way a country breakfast can be superior and, when done right, is better than any composed brunch meal you might venture for. The main house fridge was stocked with beer, wine, waters and soft drinks in a manner that made us feel comfortable as soon as we entered. Nothing about the offerings was cheap or pinching, quite the opposite. There was a tranquil warmth in everything we enjoyed. This landscape and its seaside view is so picturesque at sundown I can hardly say more. Upon arrival, there were pheasants chasing one another to greet our car. Full EV charging was a Godsend after a long journey from Berlin to the border and onto a ship to Denmark. Our two-room accommodations were equally lovely—rustic flamboyant charm. My husband and I stayed in the garden suite and found it exceedingly quiet, secluded, and cozy. Our only visitors were the pheasant cock and one of his two hens; sometime late next morning he dropped by our bathroom windows. The pair were welcome window guests. Our beds were comfortable and bathrooms gave us comfort equally so. The suite is equipped with heated bathroom floors and privacy wooden window closures for the sleeping area. Withal, a large comfortable sofa seating arrangement and charming vaulted chapel-like ceiling. It was a sleep of two logs that evening, for the next day we married but a few miles away, kitty-corner and into township. Our wedding witness stayed in the main house in his own suite and equally enjoyed his comfort and accommodations. Lastly, though far from least, this property holds claim to a happy beagle who belongs to the owners of the estate.

Lovely hotel in quiet surroundings where we enjoyed nice breakfast with excellent coffee. The owners were extremely nice and helpful, and even shipped some of the things we forgot in the hotel room to our home address.

Katastrophe, weil meine Frau völlig unbegründet rausgeschmissen wurde! Eben eine totale Frechheit!

Meine Frau war am Abend angereist. Sie hat eingecheckt und ist danach hinunter an die Rezeption um eine Frage wegen der Fernseh-Fernbedienung und den deutschen Programmen zu stellen. Der Mann an der Rezeption tickte dann völlig aus und sagte es gäbe hier nur Streaming - Fernsehen. Worauf meine Frau ganz normal ihre Enttäuschung darüber äußerte. Dann sagte dieser Mann einfach: "Verlassen sie sofort das Hotel, solche Gäste wie sie brauchen wir hier nicht", dann ist meine Frau abgereist. So etwas muss man sich nicht bieten lassen; dieser Mann sollte sich eine andere Tätigkeit suchen, aber nicht seine Gäste einfach rausschmeißen!!! Darum lautet die Antwort: ALLES ! aus den beschriebenen Gründen!!!

Ein excellentes Erlebnis!

Wir waren sofort angetan von dem Ambiente, das wir nicht nur gesehen sondern auch gefühlt haben. Der Ort lädt zum Verweilen ein. Kurzfristig wurde für uns ein typisch dänisches Gericht serviert, das ausgezeichnet geschmeckt hat. Es hat uns hier so gut gefallen, dass wir spontan auf der Rückreise noch einmal vorbei geschaut haben.

Es gab nicht das geringste zu bemängeln. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Ich hoffe, dass unsere Gastgeber bei ihren weiteren Projekten genauso erfolgreich darin sind, eine einzigartige Atmosphäre zu schaffen. Alles ist TOPP!!

Hygiejnen er i top; meget flotte og rene værelser & badeværelse. Morgenmaden byder på alt “det gode” spise. Vores søn bedømmer altid stedet ud fra; er det pandekager til morgenmad?😀 - OG det har Mejerigaarden også på morgenbordet. Værterne giver en meget imødekommende, nærværende og professionel service. Du føler dig godt serviceret. Tak for at tage jer tid til en god snak om stedets historie og jeres professionel rejse. Sidste men bestemt ikke mindst; Gårdhunden Watson tog os alle med storm. Watson fulgte os til- og fra stranden. Det er en oplevelse, som du ikke lige forventer🤩

Alles super!

Wir konnten noch zu einer sehr späten Uhrzeit einchecken und das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet und wirkt wie eine kleine versteckte Oase im Grünen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, es gab alles, was das Herz begehrt und der Hotel-Hund Watson ist ein sehr freundlicher Geselle! Hier kommt man gerne wieder hin! Gerade wenn man auf der Durchreise ist und zur Fährstation in Gedser möchte, eignet sich das Hotel gut!

Ein unbeschreibliches Bijoux. Bei der Anfahrt durch die gepflegte Baumallee geht schon die Tür zu einer anderen Welt auf. Der Empfang durch 'Watson' und die Betreiber ist so herzlich, dass man sich sofort Zuhause und Willkommen fühlt. Die Unterkunft und das Essen übertrafen alle Erwartungen. Ein kleines Stück Paradies. Ein paar kleinere Unzulänglichkeiten: Ein Fensterrollo hielt nicht in der Endposition. Ein Mansardenfenster war nur mit eingeklemmten Stab offen zu halten. Alles nicht schlimm… bei dem Preis hätte ich das allerdings nicht erwartet.

Ein wundervoller Ort

MejeriGaarden, ist ein wundervoller Ort, es lohnt sich hier her zu kommen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und durften in einem der liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmern übernachten..Am Morgen gab es ein sehr schmackhaftes Frühstück, bei dem alles aufgetischt wurde was das Herz und der Gaumen begehrt. Wir waren leider nur auf der Durchreise, aber hätten gerne länger hier verweilt. Das Anwesen ist umgeben von der schönsten Natur, mit riesigen alten Bäumen und das Meer ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.....

Für hellhörige Menschen mit Hund nicht zu empfehlen!

Die Lage war sehr ruhig und nah zum Fährhafen Gedser.

Sehr kleine, hellhörige Zimmer, in denen man die Nachbarn sprechen hört und die total überzogene Übernachtungskosten für meinen kleinen Hund in Höhe von 40€ pro Nacht, sind einfach unverschämt! Ich dachte die im Voraus, in einer Nachricht erwähnten 300DK sind für den gesamten Aufenthalt von zwei Nächten. Und ein ziemlich aufdringlicher Hofhund, der sich einmal in mein Zimmer gedrängt hat und meinen Hund in die Ecke gedrängt hat.
