Lokalita v dochozí vzdálenosti od moře (1km), na samotě. Odpadá problém s hlukem od okolí a parkováním. Zřejmě vhodné i pro cyklistické výlety do okolí, ale my jsme využili spíše to, že na trajekt do Rostock je to 10 minut autem. Ráno dobrá snídaně tak, aby se dal v pohodě stihnout ranní trajekt. Sdílená koupelna nebyla problémem.
Je to samota, takže odpadá možnost dojít si například večer do restaurace (zřejmě jde zajistit soukromý večer po předchozí dohodě s majitelem). Protože jsme přespávali 1 noc před trajektem, dá se s tím počítat a není to problém.
