I liked that it had literally everything you would need-coffee maker, coffee, kitchen, clean towels and bed sheets, kitchen appliances, tvs, air conditioning.
The neighbourhood was a bit dirty, but it was very close to the metro station and a supermarket, so actually I did not mind at all.

The place is exactly like on pictures - on the smaller side when you need to sleep on the couch as well, but cozy. Even the coffee machine and capsules were waiting on us (also tea, sugar, salt).
Quiet neighborhood, about 5 minute walk from the subway station and 24h supermarket.
The art everywhere was really lovely :)
The apartment is on the 2nd floor and the elevator is really small - basically you need to use the narrow steep stairs all the time, so if you have any medical condition that is not compatible with this arrangement, this could very complicate your stay.

1) Good location (15-20 mins to city center)
2) 24/7 good supermarket
1) Issues with hot water, very bad water pressure
2) It's very noisy outside with open window
