Blizina centra,blizina autobuske stanice-bukvalno sa ulaznog perona ulazite u garazu-kroz garazu u lift i do stana bez napora sa prtljagom.Gospodja koja je tu da saceka goste je divna kao i sama gazdarica-ok ,ljubazne i fine.Apartman nov,cist i ima sve potrebno za boravak.
Terasa bi trebala imati neku tendicu jer je preko dana leti nemoguce sedeti na istoj,i ulaz kroz garazu je nekako neobican al funkcionalan.

Stan je izuzetan. Gleda na kafić Gondola. Sve je izuzetno čisto, uređeno sa ukusom. Kuhinja je snabdevena svim sitnicama koje mogu da vam zatrebaju, kao i sve ostalo u stanu. Krevet izuzetno udoban. Domaćin je ljubazan i predusretljiv
Ulazak u garažu je malo strm, mada je uvek uredno očišćen i za pešake ima izlaz iz zgrade na drugu stranu, prema pijaci. Mislim da je temperatura u stanu daljinski kontrolisana, ili mi nismo umeli da je podešavamo. Mada je temperatura u stanu prijatna, mi smo ponekad hteli i da je smanjimo jer tako volimo, al nismo uspevali
