Location, private room, communication with owner/manager very easy, good value for money.
Traffic in the little lanes of District 2, but that is hardly the hotels fault!

I like that the key was already in the room making it easy not to wait to get helped. The room was spacious and beautiful.
I did not like the fact that there was not coffee sachets at least in the kitchen.

It’s a small home stay kind of a thing. The owner is an artist and the place is designed amazingly. Each room is spacious, different and tastefully done up. Comfortable bed, some have their own fridge, or there is a large fridge, oven, kettle, cooking range, tea bags etc in the shared kitchen. Bathrooms are clean and functional, linen, towels etc are good quality. Location is fantastic, water taxi, metro etc round the corner, and the place is teeming with cafés, restaurants, shops, malls, spas etc.
