New renovation, all room got aircond, Good for family group to stay for short trips. Car can parking inside the private property. Will become my favorites homestay when I'm coming to Penang.
Floor & wall can feel dusty, and the ceiling fan are also dusty. Hope can get the cleaning service before my next check in.

Location was good.
House was too small. Stuffy and hot because of poor ventilation. Only 2 rooms had aircond.
