Renovated 2BD house close to Pireus port

It was convenient, clean and had ample Power points. Super awesome with 2 bathrooms, aircon and a washing machine with clothesline on the veranda above. Parking is ample during the day but tight at night but it’s free on street and convenient.

La casa è nuovissima. Pulitissima. Dotata di tutto. Tutto era curato e funzionante. La posizione era ideale per i nostri scopi. Metro vicina per potersi muovere facilmente.

Nessuna aspetto negativo.

We arrived at the apartment in the evening after dinner, as announced to the host, and left early in the following morning. Pro: - Location: near the port - easy parking on the street. - New furniture, comfortable beds Thanks for the water in the fridge; however a 500 cl bottle for four people was a bit too little.

Contro - the air conditioning controller in one of the two bedrooms was missing, we wrote it to the host who replied to use the control unit at the entrance of the apartment to turn it on; but without any instructions we were unable to do it. - the apartment was hot (we would have expected the host to have turned on the air conditioning a couple of hours before our arrival) - The double bed and the single bed had sheets, while the bed below the single (we were 4 people) did not. Searching in the closets, we found a sheet. - Slight feeling of claustrophobia, due to the almost complete absence of real windows.

Very modern, comfortable apartment. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly staff. Very good value for money.

Unfortunately we found 2 cockroaches (1 in each bathroom). Although I admit that the owner is taking actions to fight the problem, since the cockroaches we found in the morning had just died (which means that a bug extermination has already taken place in the apartment), I cannot ignore the fact that we found them. It seems that due to the fact that the apartment is in the ground floor, it is facing this serious issue. Other than that, the apartment was very good value for money.
