One of the tv’s was unusable because we could not get Wi-Fi/internet access. It was clean but the temperature fluctu

It was very clean

Hot upstairs, cold downstairs. We were a group of 6. They had 3 dinner plates available. We had to purchase plates to eat on. A ceiling fan upstairs would have helped a lot with the heat. The dishwasher was downstairs with 14 steep steps down. A couple of guests had a very difficult time managing the steps, so I cooked downstairs and brought the food upstairs, then had to go back down to wash the dishes.

Pond, my son caught 23 fish in 2 days. Fire pit we had a nice fire. Vert clean, there was some spices so that was nice. Grill worked great, air hockey was fun. Washer/dryer worked well, detergent was there to use, no dryer sheets but that’s ok.

Not enough plates, and all the dishes were glass. I tried to text the owner and there was no response, so I’m glad it wasn’t an emergency were we needed to figure out something.

The pond is nice and it's in a pretty quiet area.

Dirty dishes, grill was dirty, and found an old deodorant cap under the bed. All of the ignitors on the gas stove fire when you use any of the burners. It was a constant clicking that made it near impossible to cook a meal. Was told that they would make it right but nothing has been done yet. It was really hot and dry during our stay and the landscapers left grass clippings from mowing there was no sand or pea gravel around the fire pit either. It was potentially more dangerous to use given the dry conditions and the grass clippings not getting raked. Bedrooms have no tv not a deal breaker but would have been nice. Pond was hard to fish because of all the debris by the docks.
