Guest House with Private Entrance- walk to Downtown Noblesville

It was roomy, had a small refrigerator and microwave. 2 burner cooker. Location was great.. neighbor was sweet. Big bathroom. Price was good.

Needed more towels/ wash rags for week stay, grass needed cut, spray for ants outside ( were coming inside). Sign on refrigerator needs to be eye level, was hard to bend over and read. Could use more silver ware. Minor things to make bit more comfortable.

Accurate description of property, easy to find, the directions for accessing the room (keys) was simple and easy to follow alongside their check out directions being simple. Great property location, room was clean, everything worked as expected and ac cooled room really well. Pricing was also reasonable compared to a lot of places in the area. Great place for staying a day or two in the area (I was traveling for a race I was in).

Only a couple things, the carport was covered in leaf mounds which made it a tad annoying getting in/out of our car, only two towels and washcloths total for the entire weekend stay, and the place only had one fork which was odd. Nothing make or break though and the place suited our needs really well.

The walk was very bumpy which made it a bit difficult for my walker

It was small and just what we needed.

There was only 1 towel in the bathroom for two people and only a half roll of TP. We notified them and they came right away but the place was not prepared for us when we got there.
