Günstig ja, ABER ...

Nur 5 min zur Straßenbahn und dann 17 min ins Zentrum. Mit Balkon.

Spartanische Ausstattung. Kein Schrank, Regalböden z.T. defekt, sehr altes Innenbad ohne Lüftung, kein Duschen im Stehen möglich. Kaum Küchenausstattung - Sammelsurium. Wirkte nicht wie frisch geputzt.

Je me suis senti bien accueilli : humainement et par l'appartement lui-même.

Un accueil chaleureux de mon hôte. Accueil qui se prolonge dans les détails : assortiments généreux de café, thé… On se pose dans un confort appréciable. Respiration avec la terrasse.

Idealement situé pres du Zenith et du centre ville. Toutefois, confort spartiate voir rudimentaire, ex: 1 seul couteau de cuisine et 4 fourchettes? A deux avec si peu d ustensiles c est complique de pouvoir manger. Volet cassé (depuis 2 jours parait il) ce qui induit un manque de lumiere.

Bien reposé sur place. Centre ville à 10’ en tram.

À 5’ à pied du ZÉNITH pour assister au concert . Beaucoup de restaurant, supermarchés, transports en commun bus et tram. Quartier cosmopolite très accueillant. Logement très propre, bien équipé, wifi, tv, conforme aux descriptions de l’annonce. Très bon accueil de Jerome Bruce. J’ai passé un bon séjour.

Très bon séjour dans un logement sympathique et accueillant.

Immeuble sécurisé. A proximité des commerces et transport en commun. Station TRAM à 5' du logement, pas loin de la gare et du centre ville. Logement très propre et fonctionnel, lingerie très propre. a hésité sur la note 1 du commentaire précédent, mais comme c'est l'unique commentaire, vaut mieux constater par soi-même. Très bien accueilli par Jérome-Bruce, merci de ses conseils de visite de la ville.
