Lovely 3 Dbl Bed (sleeps upto 6) close to centre.

The decor was well thought out, the rooms smelt nice, it was very clean, the bedrooms were as described with plenty of room, the extra touches like toiletries, snacks, the varied and nicely presented tea and coffee cakes, biscuits and sweets were great and really did show the host had really thought about whst their guests would appreciate. The towels were clean and the bedding immaculate. The kitchen equipment was all functioning and adequate for a short to medium stay. The furniture was in good repair and comfortable and the property felt secure and the private gated parking added safety. It was very quiet at night and we all slept well. The colour scheme was pleasantly neutral with lots of soft furnishing features which gave it a homely feel. It is only 2 miles from the Emirates stadium which was the reason for our stay. There are a few local shops around within walking distance for basics like milk and bread etc. The instructions given to us for our self check in and check out were easy to follow. Would we stay there again? Yes.

Not the property owners fault but the road that leads up to the property is more of an off roading experience than we expected with lots of large holes . There are a few things that could be spruced up a bit such as the flooring was loose in places, not to a dangerous level, more aesthetically made it look in need of repair. The bathroom ceiling needs to be treated and repainted as there looks like there has been a leak from above? The bathroom sink which is perfectly usable could do with replacing as its cracked and the repair is very obvious. The kitchen has plentiful cupboards and utensils, hob, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, air fryer, oven, fridge freezer, Dishwasher and washer dryer all if which were very clean and in good repair and included all necessary cleaning products, however the work tops did have some bits of the laminate missing from them which made the kitchen look a bit worn out. The only addition as far as added extras are concerned would maybe a couple of bottles of water in the fridge would be a nice touch.

Very clean, had everything we needed - even snacks!!!! Very easy to get into town and out with Uber and was on the bus route as well. Parking was secure and the property was lovely!

Location directly around the apartment was not the best but did not affect our stay at all. I wouldn't have walked around it at night by myself but was very happy as a family group.

The helpful contact from the owner, the use of parking space which included the day of departure. Nice touches of biscuits/sweets and tea/coffee and toiletries available. A 25 min walk to the city centre.

The property requires some repair and maintenance. The bathroom sink is badly cracked and a repair has been attempted but this is unhygienic. There are loose bathroom floor tiles. Kitchen cabinet appears to be coming away from the wall. One of the double beds should be replaced, it is very thin and you feel like you are sleeping on the base, side sleeping impossible. Sitting room window needs repairing as it is gauging into the wall when you try to open it, there is a big hole here already. It would be really good to have blackout curtains large enough to properly darken the rooms. Finally, our main issue as a family who stayed, is that the whole building smelt strongly of cannabis all the time. I would not bring children here again unfortunately.
