The villa is truley amazing starting from design to features. The staff were really helpful and the manager was exceptional in helping us. Espessialy when the port of Sanur was shut down due to sea conditions and no way for us to leave the island back to Sanur, but he found a way for us via Nusa Penida to another port and our holiday was saved. Bravo.
I didn't like the fact that my cash deposit took so long to be returned, even after having to request it days after my stay.
