The Studio Chasselas offers an excellent base for exploring the Montreux-Vevey region and beyond. The living space is very comfortable and completely self-contained. There is a wide choice of TV channels and and reliable wifi. Public transport around Villeneuve is exceptional … there are boat, bus and train connections just minutes from the studio. A handy Coop and a number of local restaurants allow the option of eating in or dining out. I thoroughly enjoyed my week here! The warm welcome accorded to me by Madame Bertholet and the opportunity to sample a number of the family’s excellent wines made for a truly memorable visit.

The kindness of the hosts, the cleanliness and size of the studio. Unbelievably quiet despite being on the main street of Villeneuve. A mere 5 minutes by train to both Aigle and Montreux. A supermarket close by, and a delightful bakery. It was nice meeting with the hosts on Saturday morning. We would definitely stay there again.
All was perfect.
