Nice T2 of 42 m2 that can accommodate 4 travelers. It has been completely refurbished and is located in Port Grimaud. Many shops are located in the village. It is a lively and lively area, ideal for spending holidays in the South.
The accommodations are located on the second and last floor of the building. The apartment has been refurbished to welcome travelers in a small modern cocoon.
In terms of sleeping you will have a bedroom with a 160x200 bed with wooden shutter and a mezzanine bedroom with two 90x200 beds with blackout curtains.
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave oven.
The apartment has a TV, a mini stereo, a DVD player and a balcony with an outdoor dining area to admire the beautiful view of the canals and its boats.
The shower room is equipped with a walk-in shower and a vanity unit with mirror. The toilet is separate from the shower room area.
A private parking space will be at your disposal for the duration of your stay.

Linen provided for the entire duration of the stay (no change during the stay unless prior reservation at an additional cost):

BEFORE YOU LEAVE! We kindly ask you:

--> Empty all Garbage Items in the Accommodation before your Departure.

--> Gather all Sheets and Towels in one Place (returning them to a normal state of use).

--> To replace the objects and furniture moved during your stay to its original place.

--> To Clean and Store Dishes and Empty the Dishwasher.

--> Cleaning Appliances (Hob, Microwave Oven, Refrigerator, Toaster, Kettle, Coffee Machine...).

--> Make the Sanitary Facilities Clean.

--> To Throw Away or Take All Opened Food


In case of loss of the given keys/badge, the breakage of a key/badge or the lock, the costs of changing the lock and duplicate keys will be borne by the traveller.
