Cozy Coffee House - patio, fenced backyard and gourmet coffee bar

The house is so cute! Very clean and quiet. And the coffee bar is AMAZING!! It's in a safe neighborhood and very easy to get around Tulsa and Broken Arrow. We had a wonderful stay!

This place was great and very clean. Just as described in the description and quite the coffee bar!

We enjoyed our stay and the place worked well for our group of five adults. It was close to family we were visiting, it was cute and clean and they accommodated our pet. And the beds were very comfortable! A few things I would like to point out to future renters: there is only one shower/tub combo and two toilets. The listing is accurate but I must have forgotten to filter number of bathrooms when doing my search so I thought there were two. Also we had an elderly woman with mobility issues with us and being an older home, there are cracks in the driveway, a step up onto the porch, and a step into the house that were tripping hazards for her. The host was friendly, the coffee bar was great for the coffee drinkers, overall I would recommend.

Just was not supportive of 6 people. Less seating in the living room than shown made for no seating for part of our group. As well as at the kitchen table. Photos made it appear as if there were two separate bathrooms when there really wasn’t. Cleaners might check grill as it was not clean but a really nice addition. Bathroom fan and shower desperately need some work. Excellent beds and bedding. Everyone slept well and enjoyed the use of this space.
