Ein sehr gepflegtes und zentral liegendes Haus. Hell und lichtdurchflutetes Appartement. Moderne komplett ausgestattete Küche. Ansonsten funktionale gute Ausstattung. Die Mitarbeiter von König Appartement waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, Bahnhof, Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gastronomie, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Optimal ausgestattet, sauber und lichtdurchflutet. Nachteilt: die sehr enge und steile Treppe
