About this house rental
Welcome to this spacious 2-bedroom & 1.5-bathroom townhome, perfectly located near the Streets of St. Charles and I-70, providing easy access to all the best that St. Charles has to offer. With TWO comfortable king beds and plenty of room to spread out, this home is ideal for both work and relaxation. You'll find a dedicated workspace, free in-unit laundry conveniently located in the kitchen, and a cozy outdoor sitting area to enjoy some fresh air. Nestled in a community of multi-family buildings, this townhome offers a central location, making it perfect for extended stays or weekend getaways.
Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog-friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog-only disclosure) you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long-term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

The host was amazing and messaged back quickly. The place was very clean and had everything you would need (and extras like k cups, laundry detergent, extra charging stations)

The house was comfortable, conveniently located, and furnished nicely. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare a meal, the beds were comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was spot on. The communication between myself and the host was perfect. I would recommend this location to anyone visiting St. Charles! Thank you for a great time.

Not the best location. Furniture had cuts in it and the floor was still dirty. It did it’s job though for a place to sleep at.
