The house was great for our group of 7 people. It was clean and spacious in a quiet neighborhood. Nice to have a first level bedroom for my parents who are almost 80. Large kitchen and family room for us to relax comfortably. Flagstaff restaurants / downtown was only 10 minutes away. Use of the garage was a plus in the summer to keep car cool until we needed it. Communication with the host was easy and quick. Definitely would recommend for folks staying in the area. We used it as a base to get to Grand Canyon and antelope canyon.

It was very good to have a nice place to come back to and have a nice meal and be able to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

Overall, property was pleasant. Property manager was quick in resolving issues. Only complaint would be the guest's responsibility of moving the full trash bins, left from previous guests and the neighbor, down a rocky slope in the front yard for trash day.

Overall, nice house, good location enough space. House needs a little TLC deep cleaning for ceramic floors, carpets and oven. Towels in all bathrooms were old, smelly and frayed it may be time to replace them. Since house is popular it may require more time for thorough cleaning between rentals.
