This location is very close to Playa Grande Beach from which Ventanas Beach and Carbón Beach are accessible(walking distance). Super markets are near by (driving distance) and other beaches are at reasonable driving distance : Conchal, Brazilito, Blanca and Potter). Tamarindo Beach is 40 min drive. Overall great for us but too quiet for our kids (30 years old).

Great location just a few steps from Playa Grande and Playa Ventana. Very secure place. Nice to have a swimming pool outside the door. Well maintained. Stephano was very helpful and responsive.

This villa is in a complex of five villas, towards the end of a road that has almost no traffic. It was quiet and peaceful, although you could hear the other occupants and we are sure they could hear our two little boys playing. Coming out, it is just a quick couple hundred meters down another dead end road to the beach. It was amazing! We saw a deer, monkeys, iguanas, coati, and all kinds of birds!
