About this house rental
The "Sorelle del Mare" are two holiday homes located in the Maldives of Salento area, a famous and beautiful beach on the Ionian coast.
Sole House is a modern, comfortable, and well-finished holiday home situated about 450 meters from the free and equipped beach of Pescoluse.
Located in a residential area, it is an ideal choice for those who want to spend their holidays in complete relaxation, with the beach and town center nearby (grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, etc.).
THE LOCATION
The house is ideally located in a strategic position that allows you to reach the sea of Pescoluse on foot (about 400 meters away), with its free and equipped golden beaches, as well as the town center, which offers all the main services.
The surrounding area is characterized by other houses and a modern church, set in a predominantly rural environment.
Additionally, the town of Salve, located 5 km away, offers further useful services, shops, and more.
THE HOUSE
Sole House is approximately 65 square meters in size and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests.
It is equipped with air conditioning and consists of:
A living room with a dining table, sofa bed, kitchenette with all the main appliances (including a dishwasher), and a glass door leading to the external veranda;
Two bedrooms: one double with a TV and balcony, and one with bunk beds;
A full bathroom with a shower.
Additionally, the house has a veranda with a seating area and a comfortable outdoor shower.
At the back of the house, there is a small balcony with a laundry corner (including a washing machine and sink), with direct access from the master bedroom.
Although we do not have private parking, guests can use a free parking space (with a pass) or, alternatively, other free or paid parking options nearby.
*In case additional beds are needed, a similar accommodation is available beside the house: PERSIA.

NEARBY
Among the main attractions, Parco dei Gigli Square is about 350 meters from the house, featuring a large pedestrian area and many commercial establishments. Torre Vado, with a small amusement park, is about 2 km away.
Pescoluse also boasts several historical landmarks, such as the characteristic Dolmen Argentina-Graziadei, a megalithic monument discovered in 1968, located just a few steps from the coastal road.
For walking and trekking enthusiasts, we suggest two interesting hiking trails:
Sentiero dei Fani
Isola della Fanciulla, a scenic path along the Isola della Fanciulla beach.
Finally, for your beloved pets, we recommend the "Eden Salento" dog beach, located 2 km from the house and just a few meters from the Maldives of Salento, where your dogs can swim freely and safely.
From Pescoluse, it is also easy to reach other coastal destinations such as Torre Vado (2 km), Torre Pali (4 km), Lido Marini (6 km), Torre Mozza (9 km), and Torre San Giovanni (15 km).
