About this villa rental

This house is located in a calm village, named Chiqueiro, which is one of the several Schist Villages in Serra da Lousã, Coimbra district. It's a recent construction built on the concept of open space.
The surroundings are worth a nature movie with several autochthonous species present, namely oaks and chestnut trees, agriculture activities and even a goat herd is still present.
As points of interest, you may find Castelo da Lousã, Ribeira das Quelhas Walkway, river beaches and museums.

This place is kinda magical. Elvira is very helpful, sweet as can be, and made us feel welcome. The space is a wonderful combination of rustic & convenience. We appreciated the wifi as we got rained-out of our morning hike. Would love to go back!
