The 50 m² property on the first floor consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a fan and a TV. A cot is also available. The spacious covered terrace outside is exclusive with a table and chairs. There is also a shared outdoor area consisting of a swimming pool (open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.), a garden, a barbecue and a playground. The holiday home is 1.5 hours from Florence and Siena, 50 minutes from Volterra and 45 minutes from Pisa International Airport. Parking is available at the property. Pets are allowed for a fee. This property has security cameras situated only at the entrance of the house that is switched on but all footage is deleted after 24 hours. The cameras record the garden and the street, not in the apartment.
