Welcome to the Seevogelhof! Our charming three-sided farmstead is located on the outskirts of the small village of Rieth, just a few steps from Rieth’s natural harbor and the idyllic swimming spot. The former settler’s house is one of the oldest buildings in Rieth and, over its more than 250-year history, has seen many residents come and go. Among them were notable figures such as the mayor of Rieth and the owner of the Rieth sawmill, which, as is well known, burned down in the 1930s—but that’s another story...
Today, the Seevogelhof offers a light-filled, cozy atmosphere across 140 square meters, just a stone’s throw from the shore of the Szczecin Lagoon. Upon entering the house, you’ll be greeted by a spacious, open living area. On one side is the cozy living area with a wide lounge sofa and ’60s-style designer suede armchairs. On the other side, you’ll find the dining area with a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, and double doors leading to the covered terrace with an outdoor dining area. Between the two living areas are the ground-floor bathroom and the gallery-style staircase leading to the upper floor.
The two double bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The blue “Lake Room,” facing the water, offers a picturesque view of the lagoon. The green “Garden Room,” on the other hand, opens onto the courtyard and garden and features its own bathroom. Here, you can relax wonderfully and find peace and quiet.
The fully fenced-in courtyard and garden area of the Seevogelhof features two covered terraces where you can enjoy your time depending on the time of day and the position of the sun. Laze around here and let your mind wander. Enjoy the fresh air and the view of the surrounding nature.
