About this cottage rental
Recently renovated quaint lakefront cottage, located on Lake Maranacook. Beautiful private setting, steps to the lake. Platform deck overlooks the lake for outside lounging and dining. Sun porch with rocking chairs and a twin bed for reading, napping. Cottage includes all amenities needed for a comfortable stay - AC, W/D, linens, bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor gas grill, patio furniture/umbrella, games, etc. Location provides a great place for swimming, fishing, walks, hikes, canoeing, kayaking right out the front door. Views of the Lake from most every window in the cottage. Location is very secluded and peaceful. Listen to the loons at night.

**15 minutes to the hit TV show Maine Cabin Masters HQ, Retail Store and Woodshed where you can enjoy the "local flavor": delicious food, outdoor bar serving microbrews and entertainment area where they host live music and events during the summer.

Beautiful lake adjoining property with a great view. Interesting layout of the cabin as there have been obvious add ons over the decades. Owner is near by with adorable Berner dogs that are friendly. Owner was attentive to our needs over our week stay

Our group was in the area for a long weekend wedding. We decided to make a week of it in Maine and we totally enjoyed our stay at the lake. The hosts were hospitable to the max! We had everything we needed to experience an active and pleasing time for all. Thanks for a great week at the cottage.

We loved the house and the clear lake waters. Hosts were very helpful, our kids had a great time swimming.
