Late Check-Out: Please note that late check-out is not available. A fee of $50 will be applied for check-outs between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. For departures after 1:00 PM, a full nightly rate will be charged.
Trip Extension: For guests wishing to extend their stay, we require notification before 9 AM on the day of your scheduled check-out.
Damages: Responsibility for any damages incurred during your stay extends to all members of your party. We will communicate any damages directly, followed by an invoice for the necessary repairs or replacements.
Laundry Service: Our linens are professionally cleaned and prepared for each guest.

We were here visiting our lifelong friend who moved to Columbus to live with her daughter. We picked her up and the three of us stayed at the house for four nights. It was an open floor plan and exceeded our expectations. We loved the coffee bar and the k-cups were provided. It was easy check in and check out and we were able to extend our stay by one night by contacting the agent on the app. We will definitely stay here again.

This place was fantastic! We've stayed in many rental houses and this one was perfect for our needs and matched the description completely. It was very spacious, clean and super comfortable. The self-check in was easy and the facilities were great. We really loved the large kitchen, coffee station, comfortable beds and spending time outside in the lovely peaceful garden.We would definitely book to stay again when we are next in Columbus. Thank you!

House was GREAT! Very clean, modern and in a great location and nice neighborhood. Close to shopping needs and visit to FT Benning. Would stay here again without hesitation. Host was very communicative throughout the whole process.

The house was wonderful. Very clean and wonderful for our wheelchair bound daughter as rooms were big. Loved the master bedroom and adjoining bathroom. The outdoor space was also nice. Very nice neighborhood and super close to about anything you would need. Restaurants, shopping, drug stores etc. Would highly recommend and will definitely keep it in mind for another stay.
