Guest Requirements Prior to Booking:
** Must be at least 21 years old and has completed Airbnb's and VRBO's ID verification
** All guests not accompanied by a parent must be at least 25 years old
** It is important to reveal the number of guests during the booking process. If there are more than the amount of guests or any gatherings are held, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund under lack of adherence to house rules.
** We recommend to have a 4x4 vehicle from October to April.
** Please note: Potential for snow and a walk up is very possible. Being in the mountains, there's a possibility of severe weather and our snow plowing services might not be available.

This was our second time staying here and the place is amazing. Extremely well cared for, clean, and every amenity you could need. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and communication with the owners was a breeze. Such a beautiful cabin and property - the views of the sunrise/sunset from the deck are breathtaking. We are already looking forward to another stay this fall!
