Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming your favorite movies on the large TV, or hosting brunch on the lanai. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a floating breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

House was great. New and clean. Exactly as advertised.
However, contacted Vacasa on arrival to indicate there were no washcloths and said they’d put a local rep in contact with me. Never heard back, we were there for a week. Had to purchase out own washcloths and hand towels for the stay.
However, they sent someone immediately to deal with the pool sweeper.

The home was beautiful, clean and wonderfully stocked for all wants and needs. We thoroughly enjoyed the space within the home as well as the fabulous outdoor living and pool area. I would definitely recommend!!

We stayed at Villa Karma for 3 weeks over Christmas and New Years. When we booked the house, I sent an inquiry regarding the pool/sun on the deck and they told me it was full sun all day. It is not. Maybe a sliver on the side, but the pool is never in the sun. This was beyond disappointing upon arrival as we are from MN, and were looking forward to using the lanai daily. I also asked if there was a grill, because there wasn’t one listed or shown in photos. The property management told me no, so my parents drove down from MN with a grill in their car, only to show up to the house and it had a grill. Good news is, the house grill is terrible, so we ended up using the one we brought. The house does not allow pets. However, there was black dog hair EVERYWHERE. You cannot tell me they don’t allow pets when it was all over the house. If you need extra towels, sheets, etc, plan on bringing them. This house is stocked with the bare minimum. I asked the property management to turn the pool heat on, they did not. And then when they got to the house to turn it on, the service man wasn’t educated enough to know to add water to the pool, otherwise the heater would never start. Thank goodness for the pool man (the nicest person we delt with) who helped us, even though it wasn’t his job! If the owner of the house is reading this, run! Manage the house yourself. I will never, and I repeat, never deal with Vacasa again. Very poor property management. On VRBO, any Vacasa listing, don’t book!
