Welcome to Caribe Resort D503—a beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo overlooking the bay in Orange Beach. Located on the 5th floor, this spacious 1,796 sq. ft. retreat sleeps up to 10 guests and sits just across the street from the beach—perfect for families and groups seeking sunshine, relaxation, and fun.
Inside, you'll enjoy a bright coastal interior featuring a fully stocked kitchen, a wet bar, and a comfortable living area. The first guest bedroom includes its own private en-suite bathroom, while the second guest bedroom offers direct access to a shared bathroom that also opens to the hallway for convenient guest use. The primary bedroom is en-suite and features exclusive access to the balcony. A sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer add extra comfort and convenience.
Caribe Resort provides exceptional resort-style amenities, including multiple outdoor pools, waterslides, a lazy river, heated indoor pools, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, fitness centers, tennis courts, basketball, putting greens, a marina, on-site dining, beach trolley service, and more.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.
• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.
• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.
• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

The view from the balcony is beautiful. My family loved looking for dolphins and watching ships come in and out of the docks.

Clean, spacious

On the positive side, the condo was neat and clean. Appliances, beds, and decorating were all very good, Nice view of Perdido Bay (not the Gulf).
On the negative side, and these were disclosed on the listing, allowed only two vehicles and you have to pay for a parking permit. The fire alarm went off 3 times, all false alarms and once at 2:30 in the morning. They supply one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, one ounce of dishwashing soap, one packet of dishwasher soap, one packet of laundry soap, no Kleenex, no pitchers for iced tea, and no batteries for the remote control. Very chintzy with the supplies. We also went out to dinner at the restaurant next door and the gate to let us back into the hotel property quit working causing us to walk a half mile or so to get back to the hotel. The gate was working earlier in the day. Not a terrible experience but I probably won’t be back. We were there for two weeks,
