Disney Sparkling Pool Large Vaca home

The house was really nice just a comment add more chairs to the dinning I hope stay here again for our next visit

Overall this was a good property, beds were very comfortable and we had a nice stay here. There are a few things which let this down, easy fixes which could make this property a great one. In fairness to the owner, I didn't make contact to give them a chance to fix - none of the issues were 'biggies', but have listed the main ones below; -We woke up at sunrise, every day - a simple fix would be black out blinds. Horizontal blinds or curtains that don't meet in the middle didn't cut it and I don't want to be up early every day of my holiday-small plates - there were only 3, we were a party of 5...-sink in main bathroom didn't drain properly, and when it did, drained into the cupboard under the sink which flowed out of the doors and onto the floor. This must've been noticed by whoever cleaned the sink prior to our arrival-Pool - now it was cold, which we expected in April, but we still wanted to use it, but it was full of dead insects and had a dirty film across the top-again expected for an outdoor pool. But both the nets were so torn it was pointless having them, so we couldn't even clean to useTVs - there were a total of 3 remotes and a fire stick, none of them worked. One didn't even have batteries in. -The projector couldn't connect to anything - nothing could be used-it would be useful to have a user manual for the property, when to put bins out, how to use projector etc None of these issues were showstoppers but annoying as easy & inexpensive to fix

Cozy little place in a good location. Quiet time is from 9pm-8am but that was fine for our group. Could use some minor repairs and updates. Had one issue that was handled quickly with the owner. She is easy to contact and very nice. It’s about an hour from everything except Disney which is about 30 minutes away but that’s LA traffic. Overall I would stay here again.

Had everything we needed and was clean

Joann was a great host and her communication was excellent but there are definitely things that need to be worked on with the house. Here is a list of amenities that really were not: It was December so the pool was not usable (should have figured that one) Outdoor area: grills look like gas grills but are not, you will need to use charcoal briquettes if you want to use them. Plus there’s lots of signs not to even talk on the porch after 9 or the neighbors will call the cops on you. Electrical: lots of lights don’t work including a ceiling fan in a bedroom. Makes me wonder about the safety of the wiring. There is a projector and screen that doesn’t work. There’s no input, tried a firestick and it didn’t work, nor were there speakers. Bedding: beds are old and all beds were “short sheeted”. There were no extra pillows or blankets for couch. Couch was disgusting with curious stains on them. My wife is sensitive to smells and the entire place was sprayed with some kind of spray that made us all a little sick. Showers: I’m 6’2” and the shower heads were at my chest level and one shower head fell everytime it was turned off hitting my kids in the head multiple times. Disney was a good 20 minute drive in good traffic. All in all, the house needs work and more attention to detail to command the price. I wish we would have picked a different place for our Disney family vacation.

We had a group of 9 all ages and we were very comfortable. The home was clean and close to Disney. The pool was a nice option and the host was very easy to communicate with. Close to lists of food and shopping in a decent residential area.

Clean & spacious! We needed it for my Daughter’s graduation party.Spacious house and we like the big TV.There’s a swimming pool also but no one wanted to swim that day.The kitchen is nice too but Refrigerator has no ice maker.Just little things but all in all we had a great experience.

The only downside was having only 6 dining chairs and outdoor seating. Kitchen less well equipped than expected. Only 6 tumblers and 1 wine glass. Laundry area amazing, pool fab, and massive use of basket balls! Our host could not have been more friendly or helpful.
