All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Due to local ordinances, lake access and fishing are prohibited.
This property is managed by Vacasa of Arkansas LLC.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We absolutely loved this house, and the view was spectacular! The home comfortably fit our large group for eating and socializing, and it was a short drive to the marina for the boat days!

Beautiful home with a view. We spent most of our time on the back deck with the fireplace. Only 2 of us so we didn’t use the upstairs at all, but plenty of room for families. Would definitely return!
