Stay in a charming 110-square-meter Quercy-style house for 6 people, secluded, fully renovated, and detached, set in an exceptional setting of lush greenery and serenity…
You can relax in the hot tub—accessible year-round—facing the horses with a view of the historic truffle farm… and in the private 5x5m pool, heated when the weather is nice!
The “L’Etude” cottage is located in the heart of a 12-hectare truffle farm, just a stone’s throw from Lalbenque, the capital of the Quercy black truffle.
It measures 110 m² and is laid out over two levels.
The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a TV area and a 140-cm sofa bed.
The unusually high ceilings allow for exceptional natural light.
Upstairs, the large 45 m² attic bedroom with its 160-bed and exposed roof beams dating back to 1899 will delight you. Stone walls and oak beams create this very special atmosphere.
Here, you can relax and enjoy the view of the park and its century-old trees...
At the far end of the bedroom is a cozy reading nook where you can unwind in peace.
It can also be converted into a comfortable sleeping area (a 140cm sofa bed).
There is no actual partition between the two sleeping areas, but they are quite far apart; the stairwell separates them, and the layout of the room ensures there is no line of sight between them.
A dining and relaxation area awaits you outside, surrounded by boxwood trees... with patio furniture, lounge chairs, a barbecue, and a lovely view of the pool, the truffle field, and the horses.
You’ll have access to the private 5x5m heated pool and the 5-person hot tub, located in a secluded spot.
The hot tub is shared with our other cottage; everyone is welcome to use it as they please.
We’re located 300 meters from the village center, where you’ll find all the amenities you need (supermarket, bakery, grocery store, butcher shop, restaurants, café, doctor, pharmacy, gas station, etc.).
New: Electric bike rentals available on-site!

>> We pay special attention to hygiene: we allow sufficient time between check-outs and check-ins, all linens are washed at 60°, and door handles, toilets, showers, and faucets are disinfected.
Places to explore: Cahors and its vineyards, St. Cirq-Lapopie, the Pech Merle Caves, Figeac, Rocamadour, the Padirac Chasm, the Aveyron Gorges, St. Antonin Noble Val, Bruniquel, Najac, Conques, Cordes, Montauban, and Toulouse....
