Room was great and clean. Customer service though was not very accommodating. Requested help to reschedule trip due to family issue, and then requested a later check out, and was rudely denied on both accounts. Things happen, and people sometimes need to make adjustments. But there was little care at all for my family. If this was an actual person hosting the room, and not just a company, I feel like there would have been better customer service.
