It's a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, and it will take you to Peak 9 and the transfer station to the base of the gondola. Three-fourths of a mile to downtown Main Street. A fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. Plenty of coat racks and boot mats make it truly assessable for those who ski or snowboard.
The space
SLEEPS 6 comfortably and a queen sleeper sofa for 2 more for a total of 8.
- Primary suite: king bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in tile shower and two sinks, flat-screen TV. (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2: queen bed bunks. (sleeps 4) and access in hall to private bathroom with tub/shower.
- Living room: queen sleeper sofa, (sleeps 2) with access to half bath.

The spacious 1600 sq ft floor plan at Maggie Point Townhome seamlessly flows from the kitchen to the dining room and living area, where you’ll find a gas fireplace, a huge flat-screen TV, and mountain views. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, everything you need to make breakfast before hitting the slopes, and memorable mountain dinners. There’s seating for six at the dining table and room for two more at the breakfast bar.
SPECIAL UNIT NOTES - PLEASE READ:
- Primary renter is 30 years or older and guests 30 years or older or otherwise traveling as a family group with no guests under age 2. We do not accept college groups.
- No parties, smoking, or vaping of any substance is prohibited.
- No pets are permitted. In addition to the no-pet policy, cannot accommodate requests for service animals or emotional support animals due to allergies.
- Outside parking is limited to 2 vehicles.
- Sledding at Carter Park
- Usage of the hot tub is at your own risk.
If you message me before you book, I might waive the minimum stay requirements.
WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles are required in the winter; snow and ice will be on all surfaces, including driveways and roads.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire townhome (except for locked owner's cabinets and closet rooms), as well as two parking spaces-one in front of the garage and one unassigned near the building.
