About this apartment rental
30 rental - Perfect location with a walk score of 94. This is a fully furnished daylight basement apartment in the Mississippi District, in the heart of Portland with craft breweries, funky shops, restaurants, art, wine shops, food carts & more! 5 minutes from downtown Portland. I used to live in this apartment and loved it as my home. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions! There is an additional $150 cleaning fee for pets.
The space
I personally renovated this basement space so it is dear to my heart.
Everything in the apartment is new, appliances, bed, linens, décor. I made it comfy as it was my own home. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
You have a private entrance to the apartment as well as a large back patio.
The location is amazing, walking distance to shops, bars, breweries, galleries, parks, food carts, etc. It is a $6 Uber ride to downtown Portland, and right off of i5.
Portland is 45 minutes to the mountain for skiing, hiking and 45 minutes to the beach. We are well known for our restaurants and outdoor activities. I have a full list of recommendations in the apartment so you will never be bored.
I enjoy being a host and I'm always available by phone, don't hesitate to call me!

The upstairs unit is rented to long-term Airbnb families, typically 2-3 people. They are aware of guests living downstairs and are cautious of noise.

We stayed here with our two dogs and we enjoyed being close to every on Mississippi Avenue. We are new to Portland and we stayed here while trying to find a place more permanent. We could walk to any of the many restaurants and shops. The bus stops are a block away to get to downtown which we did once. The owner was very nice and was helpful with information about Portland. We thought parking might be a problem but never had a issue with it.

We absolutely loved our time here. It was very modern, very clean, and very cozy. Had everything we needed and more. Couldn’t of asked for anything more. Hosts were very responsive and kind. Coffee shop literally right across the street that opened early and closed late, so that was a plus a for me. Bus stops were close and max wasn’t a far a walk either. 100% recommend!
