From coastal décor to blue hues, this 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo is the getaway you have been waiting for. Treat yourself, and 3 others, to a serene stay in New Smyrna Beach at Colony Beach Club 248.
This beachside condo whispers luxury with laminate wood floors, shiplap accents, crown molding, and upgraded finishes throughout. The living room holds a large sectional with ample room for a group of four. As you lounge in the living room, watch your current comfort show on the mounted smart TV. The shiplap walls and cute coastal decor complete the uplifting ambiance of the space.
Regardless of how you feel about cooking, you won’t be able to resist this upgraded kitchen. With bright white cabinetry and countertops, this space feels pristine. The modern details and neutral mosaic backsplash add to the upscale atmosphere. Prepare wonderful meals in this fully equipped kitchen. This space is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, an oven, a stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a drip coffee maker, and a Keurig. Additionally, there is a wine cooler in the wet bar, which also comes equipped with glassware and mixology tools.

The minimal coastal accents will complete the Floridian atmosphere in the second bedroom.
When the sun begins to rise, venture to the balcony where you can catch a glimpse of the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. The balcony is furnished with a wooden dining set for four and has an incredible view of the ocean waves and courtyard. The best way to start your morning is to sip your morning coffee while gazing at the beach from the comfort of your NSB rental.
The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is wireless internet, Smart TVs, a full-size washer/dryer, and beach chairs & toys.

This place is really well done. The bathrooms are lovely. The kitchen is nice. The management company took care of two small issues upon our arrival expeditiously. My only complaint was that the only bathroom amenity offered was a tiny hand soap. It would’ve been nice to have at least a hair dryer and some sample bottles of shampoo and conditioner for that first night. My kids loved the boogie boards. Would come back.

We enjoyed going to the beach every morning and the pool every afternoon. The location was great and the property was clean and safe.
