Located on the hillside of Kapalua, this architecturally appealing resort offers spacious one, two and a rare three bedroom villa options. Ridge Villas guests can enjoy two heated pools, gas BBQs access to the Kapalua Tennis Garden courts.
Endless ocean and island views from the protected covered lanai offer 180 degree viewing of Maui's sunrise to sunset. This spacious one-level, two bedroom villa at The Ridge at Kapalua offers a bight spacious holiday home for a party of up to four people. Close to pool and approximately minutes to the beach.
PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

Really enjoyed the property. Really clean. Super bright, plenty of space for my family. Liked that there was plenty of dishes and such because we cooked a lot. The property was on the first floor but had an amazing view.

What a wonderful vacation home! Up until a couple of years ago, my family owned a condo at Papakea and I have grown up visiting Maui every year of my life. This was the first time I've stayed somewhere other than Papakea and I was delighted with our stay here. The views from the wrap-around lanai are absolutely spectacular, the condo itself is very tastefully decorated and well-appointed, and for a Kapalua beach bather like me, the location was incredible. The check-in process was smooth, property management was responsive, and I honestly have nothing but raving reviews for this experience! I'll be back :) Mahalo lui noa and aloooooha!

This was a spacious ridge villa that has beautiful views from the lanai. Easy walk to the pool which was great for our 8 and 10 yr old boys. We attended a meeting all week at the Ritz and it was an easy 10-12 min walk there
