This authentic traditional stone house in the small village Nečven is the best choice for arelaxing holiday in the middle of countryside surrounded by greenery of the national park Krka. The rustic stone holiday home offers everything you need to enjoy the stay in the country of Dalmatinska Zagora.The house hasspace for 6people with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On theground floor there is a kitchen, dining and living room, one bedroom and one bathroom. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room and the dining area are an open space connected with a fully equipped kitchen. In front of the house there is a terrace with an outdoor dining area with pool view and BBQ facility. The pool has 20 square meters and is equipped with sunlounges and a parasol.The owner produces an award winning olive oil and together with the special stone built into this house tells a story of tradition and Dalmatian heritage.

The small village Nečven is in the northern part of the national park Krka, near the astonishing Krka River canyon and the majestic mountain Promina. Spend you holidays in pure nature by hiking, cycling, or taking various trips to interesting locations nearby. You can take daily trips by car to the nearest sea beaches about 50 km away. The nearest are in Bilice, Šibenik and Vodice. In the region you can taste authentic food and specific agricultural products, as the rewarded oliv oil the owner of the holiday house produces.Nečven is known for its historical medieval fortress remains. The fortress was built on the northwestern side of the Promina Mountain, above the left bank of the Krka River, at the end of the 13thcentury or the beginning of the 14thcentury. It was erected at the spot where the route from southeastern Dalmatia crossed the Krka River towards the Bukovica and Ravni kotari regions. Merchants were charged a bridge toll to cross the river, which divided the estates of the Šubić and Nelipić families, which brought an abundance of income to both families.
